About the program

Afterglow Desk is a trade name (DBA) of Anny Caroline Damaceno Cunha, the business that sends these messages.

Medical spas use Afterglow Desk to reply by text to people who contact them, for example through a website form, a social media lead form, a phone call, or by texting the clinic. Messages answer your questions, help you book or confirm an appointment, and follow up on your inquiry.

Afterglow Desk also runs a demo line for med spa owners and staff who want to try the assistant. People who sign up on our demo page receive texts from Afterglow Desk about the demo and their inquiry.

How you opt in

You agree to receive texts when you give your mobile number to a clinic and check the consent box on its form, when you sign up on our demo page and check the consent box, or when you text the clinic or our demo line first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with the clinic. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
  • Reply START to subscribe again.
  • Reply HELP for help, or call the clinic you contacted.

Other terms

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are sent by an AI assistant on behalf of the clinic; it does not give medical advice. In an emergency, call 911.
