Anny Caroline Damaceno Cunha ("Afterglow Desk", "we") provides an AI assistant that texts with people who contact medical spas ("clinics") on the clinic's behalf. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• From people who contact a clinic: first name, mobile phone number, the service you're interested in, the text messages you exchange with the clinic's assistant, and appointment times you choose.
• From clinics that use our service: business contact details, services and prices the clinic approves, availability, and billing information.
• From visitors to this website: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited.

We do not ask for medical history, medications, insurance or payment card details by text. Please don't send them; your clinic will collect anything it needs in person.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry, answer questions the clinic has approved, and book or confirm appointments.
• To alert clinic staff when you need a person, for example a complaint or a possible complication.
• To show the clinic reports about its own leads and appointments.
• To keep the service secure and working.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS terms.

Who we share it with

• The clinic you contacted, which controls your information.
• Service providers that run the service for us under contract: cloud hosting, database, text messaging, and an AI model provider that generates replies. They may use the data only to provide their services to us.
• Authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep conversation and appointment records while the clinic uses our service, or as the clinic directs, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Security

We use encryption in transit, restricted access and other safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
